Cancellation Policy

We will make a courtesy e-mail or a phone call to you 48 hours in advance of your reservation, reminding you of your appointment. We do ask, however, that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation(s).

All appointments fall under our cancelation policy, including complimentary consultation and follow-up appointments.

Please give us at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a $50 fee per service. If you do not show up for your appointment, a $50 fee per reserved service will be assessed. For weekends (Friday & Sat.) and parties of two or more, a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule is required to avoid a fee of 100% of services.

These policies also ensure we retain our talented staff; they allow us to provide partial compensation for our excellent therapists, who are paid on commission and rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.

Guests must be at least 13 years of age or arrive with the written approval of a parent or guardian. Children are not permitted in the medical or spa facilities unless they are booked for a specific treatment.
