These medications are administered under the supervision of our experienced medical team to ensure safety and efficacy.

Initial Weight Management Consultation - $199

The Still Waters Day & Medical Spa Weight Management Program begins with an initial consultation to assess health history, current vitals, and perform a body composition analysis using the InBody 570 machine. Patients must provide current lab work or opt for an in-office lab draw for an additional fee. Upon review and approval of lab results, patients are prescribed compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, administered via weekly injections with dosages tailored by medical providers. Monthly follow-up appointments are mandatory to monitor progress, adjust dosages, and provide nutrition counseling and lifestyle advice.

Patients may start seeing weight loss within a few weeks, but significant results typically appear after several months of consistent use, often around 3 to 6 months. Healthy weight loss is typically 1-2 pounds per week.

For the best results, these medications should be used in conjunction with lifestyle changes, including a healthy diet, regular physical activity, and behavioral modifications. These changes are essential to achieve and maintain weight loss and improve overall health outcomes!

Both medications are effective in promoting weight loss. Clinical trials have shown that semaglutide can lead to an average weight loss of about 12.4% of body weight, while tirzepatide can lead to an average weight loss of around 17.8% of body weight. However, the effectiveness can vary among individuals, and these results are typically seen when combined with lifestyle changes like diet and exercise.
