Mary-Anne Aanestad

Mary Anne has a dedicated passion for aesthetics. With over 14 years of extensive experience in neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, and laser and chemical skin rejuvenation treatments. She is board certified in Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner and has previously practiced in the areas of Emergency Medicine and flight nursing.

She has trained with some of the top cosmetic physicians and now has been relied on to train other practitioners by Allergan (the company that makes Botox) in their National Injector training program. She instructs in basic and advanced techniques to assist other experienced practitioners in improving their techniques. She most recently achieved Diamond Status for Allergan, an honor bestowed only to the top 3% of practices, as a result of her expertise and volume.

Artistry, balance, and conservative approaches create beautiful corrections that keep patients returning. She attended the University of South Alabama for undergraduate and graduate degrees and has 25 years of experience in a variety of areas of medicine.

Rebekah Holland

Rebekah Holland, FNP-C, APRN

Rebekah is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Originally from Tupelo, MS, she began her career in the emergency department and cardiac catheterization lab. She obtained her Masters of Nursing from The University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Rebekah began practicing aesthetic medicine in 2022, and she has trained all over the country learning from the best in the industry. With a passion for enhancing natural beauty and a strong foundation in advanced treatments, Bekah’s skill in injectables and lasers create stunning results for each patient. When she isn’t in the office, you can find her with her family at the beach, traveling, or in the gym.

Jessica Nichols

Jessica Nichols, FNP-C, APRN

Jessica was born and raised in North Alabama (Roll Tide!!). She attended the University of West Florida for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and the University of South Alabama with her Masters of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in cardiac and after obtaining her nurse practitioner transitioned to oncology. She fell in love with aesthetics and began injecting as a nurse practitioner in 2023. She believes multiple modalities are the best approach to natural aging. She specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and resurfacing lasers. When she is not at Still Waters you can find her exercising, reading, or spending time with friends and family. She has the sweetest goldendoodle and the most wonderful nephews and niece.

Jack Kotlarz

Dr. Jack Kotlarz is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. He is known for his precise approach and commitment to natural-looking results tailored to each patient.

Dr. Kotlarz attended Syracuse University, where he majored in biology and psychology and graduated summa cum laude. After serving in the Army for three years, he earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, followed by a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Sacramento, California.

Prior to relocating to Pensacola, Dr. Kotlarz served as an assistant professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He maintains hospital privileges at Sacred Heart Hospital, Baptist Hospital, and West Florida Hospital. He is board-certified in both facial plastic surgery and otolaryngology and is currently on staff at the Florida State University College of Medicine.

Dr. Kotlarz has lectured both nationally and internationally on topics related to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He also volunteers his time on medical missions, providing care to individuals in underserved communities around the world.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Florida Medical Association, and the Escambia County Medical Association, where he previously served as president.
