Mary Anne has a dedicated passion for aesthetics. With over 14 years of extensive experience in neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, and laser and chemical skin rejuvenation treatments. She is board certified in Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner and has previously practiced in the areas of Emergency Medicine and flight nursing.
She has trained with some of the top cosmetic physicians and now has been relied on to train other practitioners by Allergan (the company that makes Botox) in their National Injector training program. She instructs in basic and advanced techniques to assist other experienced practitioners in improving their techniques. She most recently achieved Diamond Status for Allergan, an honor bestowed only to the top 3% of practices, as a result of her expertise and volume.
Artistry, balance, and conservative approaches create beautiful corrections that keep patients returning. She attended the University of South Alabama for undergraduate and graduate degrees and has 25 years of experience in a variety of areas of medicine.
Rebekah is a board certified family nurse practitioner specially trained in non-surgical facial rejuvenation using neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Her career in the medical field began in 2017 as a registered nurse with a background in cardiology and emergency medicine. She received her master’s degree in nursing from The University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2021.
Rebekah obtained her advanced certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers in 2021. She has been injecting in the MS Gulf Coast area since 2021, and her specialty includes lip filler and full facial balancing. Rebekah has traveled all over the country, training with the top injectors in the country. She values training and education to continue giving her patients the absolute best care possible.
Jessica is a board-certified Family Nurse Pracitioner with specialized training in non-surgical facial rejuvenation using neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She embarked on her healthcare journay in 2021 as a registered nurse with a background in cardiology. In 2017, Jessica earned her master’s degree in Nursing from The University of South Alabama, focusing on hematology-oncology.
In 2023, Jessica obtained certification in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, expanding her expertise in aesthetic medicine. She has further her training in advanced chemical peel applications and various laser therapies. With a passion for helping individuals feel as beautiful on the outside as they do on the inside, Jessica believes that aging is a privilege and advocates for a multimodal approach to help clients look and feel their best.

Dr. Jack Kotlarz specializes in the practice of Ear, Nose, and Throat problems and Facial Plastic Surgery. He attended Syracuse University, majoring in biology and psychology, graduating summa cum laude. After serving in the Army for three years, he attended medical school at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He finished his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Sacramento, California. Prior to locating Pensacola, Dr. Kotlarz was an assistant professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York. He maintains hospital priveleges at Sacred Heart Hospital, Baptist Hospital, and West Florida Hospital. He is board-certified in both Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is currently on staff at the Florida State University Colelge of Medicine.
He has lectured nationally and internationally on topics related to ENT, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kotlarz routinely volunteers his services at many medical missions, providing care to individuals in developing countries.
Dr. Kotlarz is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the Florida Medical Association, and the Escambia County Medical Asosciation (past president).
