Mary Anne has a dedicated passion for aesthetics. With over 14 years of extensive experience in neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, and laser and chemical skin rejuvenation treatments. She is board certified in Family Practice as a Nurse Practitioner, and has previously practiced in the areas of Emergency Medicine and flight nursing.
She has trained with some of the top cosmetic physicians and now has been relied on to train other practitioners by Allergan ( company that make Botox) in their National Injector training program. She instructs in basic and advanced techniques to assist other experienced practitioners to improve their techniques. She most recently has achieved Diamond Status for Allergan, an honor bestowed only to the top 3% of practices, as a result of her expertise and volume.
Artistry, balance, and conservative approaches create beautiful corrections that keep patients returning. She attended University of South Alabama for undergraduate and graduate degrees, and has 25 years experience in a variety of areas in medicine.
MEET MELISSA
Melissa is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She was originally a native to the NYC metro area. Melissa joined us at Still Waters in 2017 after being hand picked by National Trainer Mary Anne Aanestad, ARNP-C. Mary Anne has taught Melissa to practice her same artistry, with their mutual love for aesthetics. Melissa has always had a passion for medical aesthetics, plastics and skin care.
Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Genetics with a minor in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut. She then went to work at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center as a cytogeneticist prior to entering her graduate education. She relocated to Florida for warmer weather and to attend Nova Southern University for her Master of Medical Science.
She has performed consultations for an array of cosmetic procedures. Here at Still Waters she performs: cosmetic injectables such as BOTOX® Cosmetic/Dysport®, JUVÉDERM®, and Restylane®. She also has advanced training in our different laser procedures, including Fraxel, Tattoo Removal and Advanced Pigment Correction Laser Therapy. Melissa performs Hair Restoration Treatments as well as advanced chemical peels.
MEET LEIGH
Leigh Diamond graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She has over 8 years experience in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic non-surgical procedures. She also has over 8 years treating skin with ablative and non-ablative lasers. She has been a member of AMLA (American Medical Laser Association) and ASLMS (American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery) for many years. Leigh takes an artist’s approach when injecting and lasering patients. She listens to exactly to what the patient desires and technically performs each injection and laser treatment to produce excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Dr. Jack Kotlarz, MD
20+ years experience ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery Featured Procedures: Facelift, Blepharoplasty, and Rhinoplasty
Dr. Jack Kotlarz specializes in the practice of Ear Nose and Throat problems and Facial Plastic Surgery. He attended Syracuse University, majoring in biology and psychology graduating summa cum laude. After serving in the Army for three years he attended medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He finished his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Alabama. He then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Sacramento, California. Prior to locating to Pensacola, Dr. Kotlarz was an assistant professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York. He maintains hospital privileges at Sacred Heart Hospital, Baptist Hospital and West Florida Hospital. He is board certified in both Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is currently on staff at the Florida State University College of Medicine.
He has lectured nationally and internationally on topics related to ENT, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kotlarz routinely volunteers his services at many medical missions providing care to individuals in developing countries.
Dr. Kotlarz is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Florida Medical Association, and the Escambia County Medical Association (past president).
