All medical treatments require a consultation with a Still Waters medical professional. You’ll benefit from the advanced education and training all of the medical staff receive at Still Waters Medical Day Spa.
Guests must be at least 13 years of age, or arrive with the written approval of a parent or guardian. Children are not permitted in the medical or spa facilities unless they are booked for a specific treatment.

To ensure you receive excellent scientific care and professionalism, Still Waters Medical Day Spa is medically supervised by Dr. Jack Kotlarz, a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Our Pensacola staff has undergone rigorous training from medical spa professionals at some of the finest spas in the country. All treatments begin with a thorough consultation from your spa professional, resulting in curative and preventative recommendations that are specific to your needs.
We invite you to relax in our spa lounge where you’ll enjoy the subtle tones of Still Waters. Relax over a cup of tea, read a book, enjoy healthy spa refreshments before or after your spa treatments. The quiet of our inner spa sanctuary welcomes you.
Please call (850) 432-6772 to make your spa reservation. We do require a valid credit card number at the time of booking to secure your appointment. To receive preferred date, time and therapist, please book your appointment in advance.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.
We will make a courtesy e-mail or a phone call to you 48 hours in advance of your reservation reminding you of your appointment. We do ask, however, that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation(s).
All appointments fall under our cancelation policy, including complimentary consult and follow up appointments.
Please give us at least a 24 hr notice to cancel or to reschedule your appointment to avoid a $50 fee per service. If you do not show for your appointment a $50 fee per reserved service will be assessed. For weekends (Friday & Sat.) and parties of two or more, a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule is required to avoid a fee of 100% of services.
These policies also ensure we retain our talented staff, they allow us to provide partial compensation for our excellent therapists who are paid on commission and rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
A plush, cozy robe and spa slippers are provided when you arrive for a spa service, or by request with any appointment. Lockers are also available for all spa appointments. Please “come as you are” to Still Waters. We will provide any spa wear required for your treatments and relaxation.
Our spa is intimate in scale and wonderfully private. Our cozy lounge and thoughtfully appointed shower and changing rooms ensure a comfortable, luxurious visit.
