Classic Wellness Membership Club Details
6-month Classic Membership Contract: Still Waters Day & Medical Spa.
Price = six-monthly, directly drafted payments of $79 off a Credit or Debit Card
Details of the Classic Membership:
Membership priced services are for appointments received Monday – Thursday Only.
Each month, a member shall be entitled to one classic service included in the membership fee— a Classic Massage OR Classic Facial (up to a regular priced $85 value).
Additional services are discounted to the member at 15% off services & 15% off regularly priced products (not already discounted or on sale).
Membership starts on the day after enrolled, with the first month’s dues paid on that date, the first draft is 4 weeks later. At your request, the draft can be changed however, the membership date will change as well.
Membership auto-renews if not canceled in writing

Can I Use My Beauty Bank Discount to Purchase Specials?
– No, there are no additional discounts towards specials, as they are already discounted. However, your $149 monthly credit and any banked credits can be used to purchase monthly specials!
What Happens if I Don’t Use My $149 Credit in a Month?
– No worries — your money doesn’t go to waste! Any unused credit rolls over and stays in your Beauty Bank for 6 months after your contract ends, giving you plenty of time to treat yourself when it works best for you. Whether you’re planning a big beauty splurge or saving up for your favorite service, your funds are safe and waiting for you!
Can I Use My Banked Funds for Spa Services or Products?
– No. Banked funds ($149/mo.) can only be applied to injectables and medical services. However, you still receive your 15% off for ALL spa services & 20% off for ALL products!

Frequently Asked Questions
The unused monthly membership services will not “rollover” to the next month. However, you will have a full 5 weeks from the draft date to use the service.
Your monthly dues can be used on Fridays and Saturdays to pay for regularly priced services
You will receive 15% off the service, and then we apply the monthly dues as payment, and you will just pay the difference. For example, if you receive a $100 service, less your 15% would be $85 and then deducting the $79 monthly dues would leave a balance due of $6.
All canceled memberships must be in writing and dated. If canceled within the first month, the member pays the regular price for any services or products received… After the first month… Management will consider each situation; however, the full six-month contract is enforceable.
