Treatment
Consultation:
Your provider will evaluate your areas of concern, review your goals, and determine whether CoolSculpting is a good fit. If you’re a candidate, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that outlines which areas to treat and how many sessions to expect.
Treatment:
During your appointment, a gel pad and applicator are placed on the target area. The applicator delivers controlled cooling to freeze the fat cells beneath the skin. You may feel sensations of cold, tingling, or firmness during treatment, which typically subside as the area becomes numb. Sessions run approximately 35–60 minutes per area. Many patients read, use their phone, or simply relax during treatment.
After Treatment:
There is no required downtime. You can return to your normal activities immediately. Some temporary redness, swelling, or tenderness in the treated area is common and typically resolves within a few days to weeks.
Results:
Treated fat cells are processed and naturally eliminated by the body over the weeks following treatment. Most patients see noticeable changes within 1–3 months, with final results visible around 3 months after their last session. Results may vary.
