Getting the most from your visit

To maximize our service to our clientele, please review the following procedures:

Please keep voices low when entering the whispering halls of our treatment areas.

In order to offer calmness and relaxation, please refrain from using cellular phones in the day spa.
 
We have designed our scheduling to allow ample time for relaxation and tranquility during your service. Please assist us by arriving 15 minutes early for your first appointment.

 If you arrive late for your appointment, you may not receive your full treatment due to other scheduled appointments.

For your child's safety and for the relaxation of others we ask that you refrain from bringing children into the spa service areas. 
 
We accept VISA , MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, checks and cash for payment.   Prices are subject to change

A credit card or gift card is required to reserve services.  We will make a courtesy call as well as an e-mail to you 48 hours in advance of your reservation reminding you of your appointment. We do ask, however, that you assume all responsibility for remembering your reservation.  Please give us at least a 24 hr notice to cancel or to reschedule your appointment to avoid a $50 fee per service.  If you do not show for your appointment 100% of the service price or a $50 fee per reserved service will be assessed.  Weekend Reservations ( Friday & Sat.) will require a 48 hour rescheduling/cancel notice to avoid a $50 per service fee.  These policies also ensure we retain our talented staff, they allow us to provide partial compensation for our excellent therapists who are paid on commision and rely on a busy schedule for a rewarding career.  Of course, if we are able to rebook the canceled appt. we will place the fee charged , onto your account to reuse at the spa.

Gift cards are available for friends and family for one or more of our services.
